To be “Orange” means we seek to align the church and the home to create community around a timeless message that mobilizes the next generation to love God and serve others.

THIS MONTH IN PRESCHOOL MINISTRY…

Preschool (Birth to 5yrs)

Community helpers show up and care for the people in their community, and when preschoolers learn about community helpers, they learn who they can ask for help. And when people help us, we can say, “Hats off! Thanks for caring so much.” We want preschoolers to know there is someone else who cares for us every day, but He doesn’t wear a hat to show us who He is. We can read story after story in the Bible where Jesus shows us that He cares for every single person—no matter who they are, what they’ve done, or where they’re from! We want every preschooler to know “How wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ” (Ephesians 3:18 NIV). Let’s pray for our preschoolers, that they will grow to love and admire Jesus more and more as we discover that Jesus cares about everyone. And join us this month as we say, “Hats off to Jesus!”

THIS MONTH IN KID’S MINISTRY…

Elementary (K-5th)

It’s May, and we’re nearing the end of God’s Big Story as we travel through the Bible in a year. But this month holds two incredible truths for kids in your ministry. First of all, we are, right now, living in God’s Big Story—the time between when Jesus returned to heaven, and when He will come back to earth again. And that’s the second amazing truth: that in the end, God will make everything right! We start off with Peter and Paul boldly facing the Sanhedrin, and then travel with Philip into the wilderness, where he meets an Ethiopian official with big questions. We watch Saul on the road to Damascus as his blindness helps him truly see, and we go on deck with Paul as he weathers a terrible storm at sea, followed by a shipwreck. We end with John’s vision of heaven, where God Himself will one day wipes the tears from our eyes and mend everything that’s broken. It’s a great time for kids to discover how we can follow in the footsteps of Peter and Paul and many others to share the Good News of Jesus. And no matter what challenges we face, we can always rely on the Holy Spirit to help.

Weekly Activities

Every week, from toddlers to fifth graders, your kids have multiple opportunities to connect with other kids their age and have plenty of opportunities to be introduced to a life-changing relationship with Jesus.

Sunday Mornings (Life Groups)

Each Sunday morning at 9:30am, kids meet in Life Groups based on their current age/grade. These groups have a consistent leader who will lead your child in interactive Bible lessons, activities, and songs.

Sunday Mornings (Kid’s Worship)

Every hand clap, arm lift and dance in celebration of the goodness of God unleashes God’s power to be at work, no matter how old you are! Worship is the pathway to His presence. Each Sunday during our 10:45am worship service, kids, Kinder-5^th grade, will participate in our Children’s Worship service. They will experience a time of worship, Bible lesson, games, fellowship, and lots of fun in language they will understand.

Wednesday Evenings

Each Wednesday night at 6:30pm your kids can join us for a time of Bible study, songs, and fellowship. This Midweek gathering is a great opportunity for kids to recharge from their busy weeks with the hope-filled message of Jesus and good fellowship with their friends.
