About First MDO
First’s MDO program is a wonderful first step into education for your child. During the five hour class time, our teaching staff engages your child in biblical, age-appropriate activities and creative play that allows your child to learn and explore. While we do introduce academic skills to ready your child for Kindergarten, our focus is more on intrapersonal skills, giving children the joy of early friendships.
We hope to convey, through everyday life experiences, classroom curriculum, play, music, art, and Bible stories, that each child is a treasure from God and that He has a wonderful plan for his/her life. We consider it a privilege to assist you in the education and nurturing of your child.
BASIC INFORMATION:
Ages: 2-5 year old (Must be potty trained to enroll in 3 year old class)
Days and Hours: Tuesday & Thursday 9am-2pm
Registration/Supply Fee: $150
Cost: $210/month Sept-May
* 10% discount for additional siblings of the same immediate family

Note: Enrollment is limited. You will receive an enrollment status within 48 business hours of registration.
OTHER INFORMATION:
Bible lessons and songs are taught daily in all classes.
Lunch and snacks are not provided, children must bring a lunch each day.
Children must have a standard-sized, roll up nap mat and backpack.

Mother’s Day Out (MDO) is a ministry of First Baptist Church for preschool children and their families. Our purpose is to provide children a safe, developmentally appropriate, and positive learning experience that has God as the center. We desire to build positive first impressions toward God, Jesus, the Bible, and church.
